About Our Jewellery
justjewellery.online sells only finished jewelry. No loose stones or semi-mounts are available. The majority of our jewellery is available in either 14kt gold, 18kt gold, or 950 platinum, with some items being available in stainless steel and silver. We are unable to customize jewellery or metal preferences beyond what is offered for a particular item. justjewellery.online does not clean or resize jewellery.
Purchasing Jewellery Online
The majority of jewelley items offered online are shipped, insured, with items of $500 or more requiring a signature upon delivery to your home. justjewellery.online items are not available for shipment for preview, prior to purchase. Gift Messaging will be made available during the checkout process. If you’d like to keep your purchase a surprise, consider choosing the Post Office Pick Up option at checkout.
Each piece of jewellery sold online will be shipped in a package that includes the jewellery piece (which is in a secure plastic packet), and either a beautiful gift box or elegant pouch. Please note, that when a gift box or pouch has a stamp indicating that it was made in China, it does not mean that the jewellery was made there as well.

When will my order be shipped out?
Orders processed Monday to Friday before 12:00 pm (PST) will be shipped out the same day.
IMPORTANT: Due to the nature of our nationwide shipping, there is the possibility that your package might be handled by multiple carriers. This can result in your tracking # not always being strictly up-to-date. Please allow for the full 3-7 business days of standard shipping to occur before initiating a product claim. Do you offer 2 Day Shipping?
Yes, justjewellery.online offers expedited 2-day shipping. Please select “2 Day Express Shipping” at the Checkout.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Depending on your delivery location, what shipping options you’ve selected, and some extraneous conditions such as weather, holidays and logistics company policies, your order will typically be received within 3-7 business days. ‘Business Days’ include Monday – Friday (excluding holidays), so be sure to continuously check your tracking # for all status updates from our shippers.

Will justjewellery.online Resize My Ring?
No, justjewellery.online does not provide any resizing services. However, most rings can easily be resized by a professional jeweler. It is important to note that resizing a ring can affect the design. Sizing a ring more than one size, in either direction, is not advised and may void the return policy. In our warehouses we offer women’s rings in size 7 and men’s rings in size 10. However, online we have a broad selection of rings in multiple sizes.
Does justjewellery.online Clean Jewelry?
justjewellery.online does not clean or service jewelry. We advise that you take your jewelry to a professional jeweler for alterations and maintenance.
Can I Return a Ring that Has Been Resized?
All rings sold on justjewellery.online have a guideline on how much they can be resized, which is listed under Product Details. Resizing a ring that is stated to be sizable, within the limits listed by the Product Details, will not void the return policy. Solitaire rings can be resized to any size and still be returned. Resizing a ring that has sizing limitations or is identified as not resizable, is not recommended and could result in a denial of refund.
Does justjewellery.online Offer Jewellery Insurance?
justjewellery.online does not offer jewelry insurance. However, there are several options for insuring your jewellery in case of loss, theft or damage.
